“Gateway to the North” Maple-Garlic Seasoning is sweet, savory, and one of our most unique blends. This staff favorite is delicious on salmon and pork, in bbq sauce and sloppy joes, sprinkled on green beans and baked beans, as a seasoning for breakfast sausage and popcorn and probably a lot of other things we haven’t tried yet.
The maple sugar we use for this blend comes from Wisconsin maple trees of the Crivitz area of Marinette county, where a large arch proclaims “Gateway to the North.” Mixed with garlic and other savory flavors, this blend attains a tasty and unbeatable balance of sweet and salty.
